We are one of a kind. When you make your booking with use, we ask you to complete a simple food preference form. Tell us in advance if you have any special food favorites from home (pizza for a change, or pasta, lasagna, cheese cake New York style, etc.) while also discovering new flavors.
Sri Mathie chefs have experience with a variety of cuisines, including Sri Lankan, Indian, German, French and American favorites.
All ingredients are 100 percent organic where possible, and much of it is grown on the plantation.
Exceptionally fresh seafood. A wide range of fresh fruit and juices.
You are welcome to use our gourmet kitchen, or simply enjoy what is prepared. We will stock the kitchen (depending on availability) before you arrive, or we can accompany you to the local vegetable and food markets.
Also note that the rental cost is inclusive of snacks and fruit juices. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. We do not stock wines, so you may wish to bring your own favorite labels, or we can purchase wines locally (limited stock and quality).
